How do I order a product?
You can order by sending us an email enquiry, contacting us by phone or submitting an enquiry via the enquiry form on our website.
On which systems does production take place?
Production is carried out on the four most popular systems: Schüco, Aluprof, Aliplast, Yawal and Reynaers Aluminium. In case of big object orders it is also possible to make prefabrication in any system.
Where can I collect the finished product?
You can collect the finished product in person at our manufacturing plant in Kobylin-Cieszymy, Poland. We can also deliver the finished product to the Customer at a specified place in Poland or abroad.
Can the ordered product be delivered to the place indicated by me?
Yes, we can deliver the ordered product to the place indicated by the Customer in Poland or abroad.
Do you deliver orders only within Poland and Germany?
Our area of operation covers the whole of Europe.
Do you have the necessary certificates - fire protection and free of heavy metals?
We have the fire protection certification for Aluprof systems. We can also manufacture fire joinery in any system for the regulations applicable in Poland and some products that meet harmonised standards in the European Union after prior arrangements with the customer regarding the date and volume of production.
Aluminium profiles used in building systems are made of alloys:
- AlMg alloys, which can be used for the production of building accessories,
- AlMg and AlMgSi alloys, which are used in the production of windows, doors, etc. and more loaded elements and do not contain heavy metals.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing takes place according to the arrangements set out in the concluded contract. The lead time depends on the quantity and type of product ordered.
Do I need to have my own material when carrying out prefabrication?
Prefabrication can be carried out with material provided by the client or with our own material after signing a contract. Structures are made on the basis of the system provider's batch file. It is possible to prepare executive documentation on the basis of an agreed project.
Do you offer burglar-proof and fire-resistant windows and doors?
We can manufacture fire joinery in any system for the regulations in force in Poland and some products that meet harmonised standards in the European Union after prior arrangements regarding the date and volume of production.

- AlMg and AlMgSi alloys, which are used for the production of windows, doors, etc. and more loaded elements and do not contain heavy metals. The anti-burglary joinery we offer is of burglary resistance class RC2 or RC3.
What is the guarantee period?
The guarantee period for the products is 5 years.
